If you’ve got real estate or Salesforce experience, that’s a major bonus, but even if you don’t, if you’re highly logical, organized, and take pride in clean, accurate work, you might be exactly who we’re looking for. A few things we really think you should have: • At least 2 years experience in a transaction coordination, accounting, finance, or similar support role • Real estate experience is a huge plus • Salesforce experience is strongly preferred • You have extreme attention to detail — nothing gets past you • You are highly averse to errors and take personal pride in getting it right • You’re logical and can understand real estate agreements and contracts (training provided) • You’re proactive, self-directed, and don’t need daily oversight to stay productive If you're someone who enjoys order, accuracy, and ownership — and if you love being the one who makes sure nothing slips through the cracks — we want to hear from you.
