The project is expected to run through July 31, 2026, but could be extended based on project needsRate:$28.00/hourPosition DescriptionProduction assistants are supporting field team members who participate during data collection sessions at approved commercial venues. Production Assistant performs venue-specific simulated activities to create a natural, realistic environment during data collection.Training will be conducted by TIAI and will cover venue-specific protocols, security and privacy requirements, and study procedures.Main ResponsibilitiesPerform venue-specific simulated activities during Data Collection sessions.Simulate natural, common behaviors appropriate to the venue type, as directed by the approved Study Protocol.Execute Universal Protocols at every venue: idle sitting/standing naturally, using digital devices, eating and snacking, packing/unpacking a bag, venue walkthrough, and object interaction under both nominal and low lighting conditions.Represent and promote the TELUS International AI brand.This describes the major duties, responsibilities, and authorities of this job, and is not intended to be a complete list of all tasks and functions.
