Since video content is the driving force behind our company’s success, we are looking for someone with particular experience in building out production teams. You will work alongside our general Recruiting Associates who hire for all positions, but this position requires a particular specialization for recruiting video production positions. - Working with HR team to develop strategic recruitment plans - Performing all functions related to recruiting including writing job ads, posting job ads, conducting interviews, making recommendations for candidate advancement and ensuring the success of newly hired team members - Prioritizing open jobs and ensuring hiring deadlines are met - Developing skill assessment tests to objectively evaluate job applicant skills - Networking and being resourceful to find the best possible talent on LinkedIn, Indeed, Craigslist, and other job ad sites - Remaining current on employment and recruiting trends; recommending solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the recruiting life cycle\ - Assisting with analyzing current turnover stats and creating a plan to help improve retention Currently, the Recruiting Associate has no personnel reporting directly to him or her
