Company Management Assistant (Part-Time, Temporary)

The Old Globe, a Tony Award-winning theatre and one of the country’s leading regional theatres seeks an organized and motivated individual for a temporary Company Management Assistant position for our busy summer season. This position will assist the Company Manager and Assistant Company Manager to provide guest artist support during their residency at the theatre. Must have a valid driver’s license, great computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel, skills and experience making travel and housing arrangements, ability to work in a fast- paced environment, and excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills. Requires flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
