Home Health Aide (HHA)

Actors Fund Home, an assisted living, skilled nursing, accredited dementia care and sub-acute rehabilitation center located in Englewood, NJ, and a recipient of a CMS Five Star Rating seeks Home Health Aides (HHAs) who will be responsible for providing assistance and services to residents of our Memory Care Unit. • Assist residents in Memory Care with their ADLs (activities of daily living), such as bathing, dressing, hair care, feeding, grooming, etc. • Report all resident changes in condition or unusual findings as well as incidents and accidents promptly to the Memory Care Coordinator. This is an hourly Full-Time position based at The Actors Fund Home in Englewood, NJ. The successful candidate must be able to cover assigned shifts on a regular basis, including holidays, and should be available to cover vacations/call outs of other Home Health Aides on occasion.
