1) A bachelor's degree in communications or media from an accredited university or an equivalent credential from an industry or trade institution. 4) Experience in broadcast media, either as production staff or talent. 6) The ability to network within the industry and among local talent to cultivate a pool of regular talent to fill vacant roles for our clients. The most ideal candidate for this job will also be able to perform a certain portion of these roles, and that additional expertise and responsibility will be reflected in the compensation offered.
