Programs / Campaigns Director – SOCIAL JUSTICE INITIATIVE in Hollywood

BLD PWR engages pop culture, education and activism to build and train an inclusive community of entertainers and athletes to advance radical social change. The Director of Programs (DP) works closely with the BLD PWR Advisory Board on all aspects of organizational strategy, planning, management and will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high quality, impactful programs, including but not limited to: Liberate Mental Health, Hollywood for Black Lives, Defund the Police and BLD KNOWLEDGE. • Work closely with staff and Board to ensure timely and effective internal and external communications to advance BLD PWR’s priorities. • Work with staff to develop objective performance measurements across all programs to ensure consistent, high-quality evaluation and goal setting for all employees. • An ability to creatively lead organizational transformation projects & change management programs.
